The Vibe: Tribeca restaurant has a great vibe, with a bistro feel, three different levels of seating, and an inviting outdoor terrace. What To Eat & Drink: Start off your meal with a Peanut Butter & Chocolate Milk Shake which is rich and creamy without being overly sweet. Next try the Ruben w/ Pastrami, Emmental Cheese, Sauerkraut, Russian Sauce & Sour Dough Bread which is brilliant. The beef is rich, fatty and juicy and by far the best pastrami in Bangkok. Another popular dish is their signature version of eggs benedict of Maple Glazed Pork Belly, Sous Vide Poached Eggs, Butter Milk Pancake, Hollandaise Sauce w/Baby Mustard & Spring Onion. This is an epic accomplishment that redefines what is possible. The semi-sweet pancake and the decadent pork belly all coalesce with the umptious egg yolk and the acidic hollandaise and mustard. It’s soulful and seductive. Another nice dish is the Sausages & Polenta made with fresh ground Italian sausage meatballs, roasted garlic, peppers, onions, and a fried polenta cake all swimming in a tasty tomato sauce. Be sure to try some other house favorites such as their Butter Milk Waffles, Fried Chicken w/Maple Butter & Maple Syrup and their Wagyu Beef Burger w/ “Duck Fat Fried” French Fries.
